We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next guest’s appointment. In the case of a missed service due to late arrival, a cancellation fee may apply.

• Fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness.
• Fills beyond 4 weeks will be considered a full set.
• Clients must arrive with at least 40% of extensions remaining; otherwise, additional time and charges may apply.
• Please refrain from consuming caffeine prior to your appointment to help with fluttery eyelids. 
• Please make sure to have freshly washed lashes free of all makeup and lotion when you arrive for your appointment.

For the best results:

• Arrive with clean, exfoliated skin- shave at least 24 hours before your appointment. 
• Avoid lotions, deodorant, makeup, and perfumes on the day of your appointment.
• Wear loose, dark clothing to your session.

Aftercare instructions will be provided to ensure your glow lasts beautifully!

To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone unless prior arrangements have been made.

If you have any concerns with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess and offer a solution.
