Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

•No-shows or clients arriving too late for the service to be completed will be charged in full and the appointment considered forfeited.

Late arrivals are handled based on service length:

•For appointments under 60 minutes, arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in forfeiture.

•For appointments 60 minutes or longer, a 10-minute grace period is allowed.

Due to a tightly booked schedule, I am often unable to accommodate late arrivals without impacting other clients. Thank you for respecting my time and schedule.

• Fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness.
• Fills beyond 4 weeks will be considered a full set.
• Clients must arrive with at least 40% of extensions remaining; otherwise, additional time and charges may apply.
• Please refrain from consuming caffeine prior to your appointment to help with fluttery eyelids. 
• Please make sure to have freshly washed lashes free of all makeup and lotion when you arrive for your appointment.

For the best results:

• Arrive with clean, exfoliated skin- shave at least 24 hours before your appointment. 
• Avoid lotions, deodorant, makeup, and perfumes on the day of your appointment.
• Wear loose, dark clothing to your session.

Aftercare instructions will be provided to ensure your glow lasts beautifully!

To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone unless prior arrangements have been made.
